Herz, here is just my concern about reproductive health in my country (Cambodia). Everybody knows obviously about health system and they always complaint. I have my own experience about how hospital runs its service, it is quite poor and it may say it is dramatically awful.
After staying in public hospital around a week, I faced million issues such as lacking of clean water, not being able to reach acceptable public service, and not paying much attention or ignoring from doctors for poor people.
Sometimes I heard patients do not want to treat their injury because of spending much. much money, and sometimes they just wait for dying coming. However, some doctors are good emotion they can spend their time for treating people for free but mostly in remote areas not in modernizing city.
